Franck Muller Yachting by London Gate at Dubai Maritime City | Studio 

Franck Muller Yachting by London Gate is a branded residential tower developed by London Gate in collaboration with Swiss watch manufacturer Franck Muller.

This building is designed with a nautical theme — the architecture and interiors feature maritime tones, compass motifs, and meticulous attention to detail. The tower is approximately 145 m high, with 7 passenger elevators and one service elevator. All the residences in the project are furnished, and each has a parking space.

The residential spaces here include studios, enlarged Studio L studios, 1-bedroom apartments, including Plus options, and 2-bedroom apartments, including Plus versions. These residences range in size from 409 sqft (38 m²) to 1655 sqft (154 m²). The apartments have private balconies with beautiful views, and the finishes are in a light palette with marine accents.

Amenities are located on the podium and roof, creating a resort atmosphere for residents. The first level features a large outdoor pool with sun loungers, indoor and outdoor gyms, lounges, a children’s room and playground, a padel court, an outdoor cinema, men’s and women’s spa areas, as well as relaxation areas and a bar. The roof features a Sky Garden, terraces, relaxation areas, picnic areas, and a BBQ area.

The project features a 30/70 payment plan, where 30% is paid during the construction phase, including the initial deposit and interim payments in the 8th and 15th months from the date of booking, as well as at the 50% and 70% completion stages. The remaining 70% is paid upon handover of the keys. The expected completion date is Q4 2028.
