Avida Residences on Dubai Islands is a boutique wellness project by IQUNA Properties located next to Lagoon Crescent East Beach. It is a collaboration with Avida Longevity and Sneha Divias Atelier. The architecture is inspired by biophilic design: fluid lines, cascading greenery, wide terraces and panoramic glazing.

The payment plan for buying property at Avida Residences on Dubai Islands is a 70/30 interest-free installments: 20% upfront, 40% during construction, 10% upon completion, and 30% 24 months post-handover. The expected delivery date is Q4 2027.
